Offering a wide variety of personal services for body, mind and spirit, Natural Balance has been serving the New York area since 1993 with a staff of experts in the wellness and beauty industries. Our specialties include deep tissue massage, Acupuncture & Chinese Medicine, Nutrition, and advanced skincare with our Cosmetic Dermatologist.
In addition, we provide weekly classes in Yoga and Pilates. Our monthly programs include Meditation and special guest workshops such as Stress Management, Aromatherapy, Feng Shui, Tai Chi, Comedy for Humor, and much more.
Our ambience is inspired by the clean simplicity of Asian culture, and we cater to persons of all ages and special health needs. We are wheelchair accessible.

The staff at Natural Balance went out of their way to make me feel at home and the massage therapist was very thorough in his approach with specific techniques that I had never experienced before. It definitely made a difference and I will be going back often.
