10 Steps to Manifesting your Dreams
What is the Law of Attraction and how can you use it to manifest what you really want?
The Law of Attraction is the concept that “your thoughts become your reality”. The idea is that the universe responds to your thoughts and your reality is created by the thoughts that you put out into the universe. Put simply, if you think that you are going to have a bad day, when you wake up in the morning, then it is more than likely that you will have a bad day, because you “think” you will.
The art of manifestation is much more complicated than just you thinking thoughts and the universe providing you with what you think. Your thoughts are more powerful when you feel the emotions behind the thoughts. If you think “I am a millionaire” and you feel I am so broke, the universe is confused! The vibration you are putting out is one of fear, not of love. Fear is the lowest vibration while love is the highest. If you are thinking thoughts out of fear, the thoughts you are thinking are conflicting with your emotional vibration and this creates energetic blocks to your true desires.
In order to truly manifest your desires, you must first be connected with yourself. Take some time to understand where you are truly at in your life. Accept yourself, forgive yourself and love yourself. Know that where you are at right now is exactly where you are meant to be. Be grounded in yourself. Once you have grounded yourself and are honest with yourself about where you are take a few deep breaths and then begin to think about where you want to be, or what you want to manifest as you do this begin to feel the positive feelings of what you want. Spend at least 3 minutes with a focused intention on what you want and a focused positive feeling of how it feels to have what you are asking for. Once you have done this release the request to the universe and forget about it. The universe will begin working to fulfill your request immediately!
Quick steps on how to ask the universe for what you want:
1) Ground yourself
2) Meditate and/or take a few deep breaths
3) Set a focused intention
4) Be specific, as specific as possible.
5) Make sure each statement is positive – statements should not include the word “not” in it. The universal law of attraction ignores negative words like not and gives you it anyways, so if you do not want more debt than say “I am financially stable”, or “I am abundant” or “I have savings.”
6) Use the present tense. Assume you already have what you are asking for – feel the feelings of having what you are asking for.
7) Make sure you are not asking for something out of fear- Fear is the lowest vibration of energy and love is the highest. Ask for what you want out of love, not out of fear.
8) Always include I want “this… or better” or “this… and anything I forgot.”
9) Release the request to the universe and forget about it – let the universe do its work!
10) Create a Vision Board
