8 weeks ago, this strange Hawaiian word was not in my vocabulary. I had received a wonderful MP3 download from someone I didn’t know with a sound healing meditation and the key phrases in this practice were spoken over the music.

It felt like coming home.

I love you.
I am so sorry.
Please forgive me.
Thank you.

I needed to know more - thank you to my friend Google. I found the story behind these words, read everything, ordered the book
(Zero Limits by Joe Vitale) and began a new journey.

I’m a novice, not a teacher, I cannot begin to explain this well. But for me, the bottom line is that I accept full responsibility for everything in my life - everything. If you are in my life, then your stuff is my stuff. If I am in the world, then the world’s stuff is my stuff.

Big heavy load of responsibility.

In my 8 weeks, what this has meant is I cannot be a victim - I’m writing the story.

As I say the 4 phrases when I feel discord, recognizing that I am apologizing to myself, I create little seconds of openness. Fleeting moments of the emptiness that allows inspiration. I, who have taught classes on the power of intentions, now seek a more powerful place - the emptiness where inspiration is at home.

While learning and feeling my way along this new, strange path, I created an oil blend that I am calling “I forgive”.
The inspiration was to lock into my soul the phrases
I love you
I am so sorry
Please forgive me
Thank you

Meanwhile, I’ll be infusing the oil with these phrases and seeking those moments of inspiration.

There are so many paths - we each have our own. But if this interests you,
