Comment: I ordered this book for my granddaughter who is 8. She loves to read and loves to use big words. However, the book is geared more toward a 4 or 5 year old and is not suitable. I have not returned the book but will give it to my just born granddaughter when the time comes. Amazon should readdress the age appropriateness stated for this book.

I learned a bunch of new words in this silly book about girls. My favorite words in the story are on the "G" page: Gorgeous and Glamorous. My Mom says that I am gorgeous. The book says that so-in-so is glamorous. I also like the "D" word "Dapper." I told my Dad he was "diaper" today and he laughed. I had to show him the page so he would understand; that made him laugh more! I also like to say the "O" word "Ooh la la!" This is another way of saying something is fancy. This book makes me laugh.

Comment: My 3 1/2 year old was excited when she got it and a month later asks for it to be read. She loves learning new words so it made sense to buy a book that has the character she loves who also loves to learn the words within.
