The book, Living The Secret Everyday: My Secret Workbook also has a journal at the end of the book to keep your thoughts and emotions and exercises to keep you focused on a daily basis which I love.

Comment: This is a lovely journal to keep track of thoughts but its not a workbook like Living The Secret Everyday: My Secret Workbook. I use 'Living The Secret Everyday' as a daily workbook to remind me and keep me on track to live The Secret. Great recipes, exercises and tools to practically live The Secret each and everyday.It really keeps you living in the present; practically living the secret. Pair this with a journal like this one.
