Comment: Awesome video! Shows movement of hands and position of feet well. Also gives some interesting information that is great to pass onto clients. Good for beginers in reflexology and also helps set a routine for a foot massage during a regular bodyworks session.

Comment: After following along with Gillanders on the feet surrounding me, I rapidly realized the need for thumb push-ups. Aside from some missing information in the video (the face is referred to but the techniques are not shown), Gillanders' instruction is superb from a beginners standpoint.
