Comment: I first heard this CD at a prenatal yoga class I attend regularly. The music is so primal and calming that even listening to the small snipets makes me calm.

Meditation is a breeze with this CD and restorative breathing follows the rhythms of the music.

I'm going to use this CD during labor because I know it will help me focus and stay calm.
