Summary: Great game with a high fun factor
Comment: This game is really fun to play. It's pretty quick.. took about 5 hours to beat. I just got a Xbox360 and I actually put that down to play the 'old school' psx dino crisis games for a few weeks. Dino crisis 2 is much better than the original (though the original is fun too).. the weapon layout and game play is wayyy better in the second one. There are way more dinos to take out and more area to explore. The graphic are slightly better and the menus are laid out better. Game play is just as fun as newer games imho. If you havent played these yet.. just imagine resident evil 2 with dinos instead of zombies. Only thing that kinda sucked was I did get enough 'dino points' to buy the best weapons & supplies till the very end. When you start a new game there was no option to keep them.. maybe I just didnt save enough. Oh well.. def pick this game up!!

Comment: Great Game! In My opinion it is a little better than the first (gameplay wise) at least. The only the thing I am hopeing is that they make the sequel to this game (they didn't do it with Dino Crisis 3 for X-box, but still a great game)because the ending makes you want more!! Well I guess we will just have to see if Capcom is planning to make it. Otherwise this is a great game to have in my PSX collection!!!

Summary: DC2 a must buy for DC fans.
Comment: Great game could use a few more puzzles. The new skill point system is ok could use some improvements. Example you get hit one time you automatically lose 2k points for taking damage, mabe would of been better so like you lose 500 points per hit. That way if you only get hit once you will still have 1500 points ect. I found the game to be very easy, but blasting away at dino's continuously is still fun. Wide range of weapons to choose from is a big plus over the first game.

The game is well worth the time to play, especially if you wanna know Regina's future from the first Dino Crisis. I can appreciate the hard work that went into this game re-playability is very high. Another solid title from Capcom.

Comment: I loved this game. It is super fun and just difficult enough to be challenging but not so bad that you are frustrated and stuck. The dino's are wicked fun and unnerving. I love Regina she is awesome. Thumbs up!! ^_^

Comment: Are you f**king kidding me! I read some of the previous reviews this product received and I would have to say that many of the reviewers are way off!

First of all, to be called survival horror, you have to have an element of horror. Where's the horror? There's no horror in this game. This is a straight up FPS with dinosaurs as the protagonists. They are neither scary nor unpredictable. If I wanted to fight hordes of dinosaurs I'd go play Jurassic Park. I want to be scared. I want to soil myself. Neither of these happened so I'm not happy.

Secondly, I agree wholeheartedly that this game lacks a viable storyline. The characters are about as a deep as a bird bath. I mean, c'mon people, Capcom turned Dino Crisis from an FPS survival horror game to just an FPS with little point to it and centered around a bloodbath with you as the main character hosing down enought velociraptors to create a whole bunch of really cool leather jacks and boot with. The puzzles suck and there is little thought in them at all.

The game has very few if any redeeming qualities. It's best quality is improved graphics. But overall, this one's a coaster or a frisbee or just a pile of plastic crap. You decide.
