Comment: I've worn theses to work for years, used to find at J.C Pennys but my local store stopped carrying them. Admitedly not the most stylish and chic garment, but they fill my needs. A good basic dress pant. They are very comfortable. They never wrinkle( even stuffed into an overnight bag or worn on a long flight), never need ironing , pressing or dry cleaning, throw them in the washer and dryer and go ! They have a little bit of stretch in the material too ,so you can do some actuall physical work without them ripping, and still be dressed "professionaly"

Comment: Many have tried to get me to change! They are the most comfortable ESPECIALLY when sitting! No one has a better stretching waistband! I wash them once a week and they look great. NO IRONING needed if hung promptly.
