Summary: One Flaw to this Drill
Comment: For the most part I like this drill. It is comfortable in my hand, has good balance, works great, and with the two batteries, very seldom do I have to wait for a battery to charge. There is one major complaint I have with this drill and it is the design of the battery packs. To change them out is a hassle. After any significant use, and a little bit of dust accumulates on them, they are sometimes quite difficult to remove from the drill. Compared to other stab type drill packs, these are a mojor downside. If you dont use the drill a ton, it is a great drill for the price. If you use it significantly, you may want to consider another drill.

Comment: Nice and strong tool. I could not unscrew the keyless chuck as per instructions. But I am able to use the tool as such. Having the extra battery is very useful.

Summary: This drill is the coolest!
Comment: I bought this drill because I had seen a friend's just like it and wanted one for myself. I just love it! I am a 64 yr. old female who has to do most things by herself and needs all the help I can get, so this drill is one of my "little helpers". Hey, I have a table saw and a miter saw too.

Comment: Both my husband and I have used this new drill and we love it. The keyless chuck is a true time saver. The drill has lots of power and the battery life seemed good. My husband gave up on cordless tools years ago because they didn't perform well enough. I heard no such complaints from him with this tool.
