Some things never go out of style, like Levi's? classic 505(tm) jean. Updated dusty, striated wash with light wear along pockets and hem for a broken-in feel. Five-pocket styling with signature stitching on back pockets. Zip fly.

I purchased a quantity of 2 -- one fit perfectly and one was slightly large in the waist and long in the inseam. The tag indicated the size that I had purchased, but the fit was off. I would say that it was about a half size too large.

Comment: I don't usually order much chothing online because of fit issues.But jeans are usually consistant in sizeing. So I ordered a pair 501's using an IPHONE.Well anyone with an IPHONE knows what pressing the wrong letter is like. I accedently ordered the wrong size.I didn't realize it untill I saw the shipping confirmation. I found out who the seller was(Charleston Department Store)and was able to call them.An extremely helpful person told me she would send another pair with a free return label for the original pair. Now that Levi's 501 Jeansis what I call service.I will get all my future Jean purchaces's this way.

Summary: Junk
Comment: I bought three pairs of 505s at the same time from the same buyer. The first two pairs (one "Made in Egypt", the other "Made in Bangladesh") have worn just fine (so far), but the third pair ("Made in Lesotho") RIPPED on only the SECOND day I ever wore them, starting from just above and to the left of the back-right pocket and tearing straight down, almost to my crotch...BETWEEN the center seam and the right-side pocket stitching (NOT on a seam or a stitch!). They just ripped open--period--as I sat down. I didn't poke against anything, or rub against anything, and they weren't too tight--they just plain up and ripped open on their own...and while I was at work! Piece of junk! I've been buying and wearing Levi's 505s for 25 years, and I may not be able to prove or explain exactly how I know these jeans aren't "the same" as they were even a few years ago...but I just KNOW, in my heart, that they are NOT the same quality. Now, I'm doomed for eternity to constantly checking the back of my other two pairs of jeans every time I wear them to make sure there isn't another big rip in them. This was absolutely the last pair of Levi's I will ever buy. EVER!
