Finally, you can squeeze for freshness. That's right, this mix makes a loaf that is soft, pliable, and not crumbly. The bread can be baked in the oven or in a bread machine. Makes one 1-1/2 to 2 lb. loaf.
Spotlight customer reviews:
Customer Rating: Summary: Best gluten-free bread mix Comment: My son has celiac disease and it's been difficult to find decent tasting bread. By far, this is the best bread mix we've tried so far. We've tried several: Pamela's Products (the second best), Gluten Free Pantry, Namaste, Bob's Red Mill, etc. This one isn't as heavy as the others and it tastes good. And believe me, I'm picky. As a non-celiac, I can eat this bread and not really miss gluten sandwich breads. And, it's easy to make!
