This set of knives does both and at about thirty bucks!
For the money you can't go wrong with these. Granted, they are not for your formal place setting, but for every day use they are more than adequate. They are not only sharp but are also dishwasher safe.

Comment: I had purchased a set of 4 of these knives several years ago - and they were the only ones that I had owned that actually stayed sharp and did not separate from their handles. These are an excellent value - would recommend them to anyone!

Comment: It may be Henckels, but they are cheap and they rust. Save up for a couple of higher end Henckels that will last. And don't put them in the dishwasher!
