Summary: Didn't work for me
Comment: I tried three lac for about one month during which time I gradually increased from 1 to 3 packets/day. Didn't notice any improvements in my health. Although I did find the three-lac to give me an incredible amount of gas at times. Taking another good quality probiotic along with the three lac seemed to reduce the gas problem though.
In short, I find the 4 or 5 star reviews hard to believe. Seems like a lot of hype...but perhaps it does work for some people, but just didn't work for me. Right now I'm trying the "wholeapproach" anti-candida plan and am getting much better results (after just a week or so). I now think that some kind of colon cleansing is essential to resolving severe candida problems.

Comment: i've tried many probiotics and this is the best. i tried one other that was equally good, but none better. Ironically i just tried five-lac and i don't think i benefited as much from that as this, the original three-lac.

Comment: I found info about this product while I was trying to find a natural cure to a yeast infection. I have to say that I usually don't try "miracle" cures or things advertised on infomercials but I read so much about the overall benefits that I decided to take advantadge of the money back guarantee and gave this product a try.
I took 6 packets every day until I run out of it and I didn't feel any difference, I didn't even pass the "spit" test the manufacturer advertises in its website. Maybe I needed to stay on this product for 5 or 6 months to notice a difference? I don't know, that sounds like a lot of money @6 packets a day, even more if you consider this as a supplement for your whole family.
I learned my lesson and will stick with feeding my family a balanced diet, eat plenty of yogurt and supplement with Culturelle or something like that when a family member is on antibiotics. I have to say though that "New Life Vitamins" did refund my money without any problem and in a timely manner.
