Summary: Fun Bike, Weak Motor
Comment: I bought an MX500 for my 9 year old son, and I bought this bike for my 7 year old. While the MX500 was strong enough to take my older son up the grassy hills of my lawn, the MX350 was too weak to take even my 7 year old son up those same hills.

He still loves the bike and loves to ride it up and down the driveway and down to the cul de sac, but I felt I should have gotten the bigger bike even for my smaller son.

The battery has not given us any problems even after a year.

Summary: Awesome Bike!
Comment: I got this bike 10 months ago. It is GREAT! It has been working very well. I'm 8 years old, and this bike is great for kids six years old and up. I haven't had any problems with it. I usually ride about an hour non-stop on a charge. I ride it on grass and concrete and it rides good on both. You won't be disappointed if you buy this bike. It is so cool!

Summary: Dead on arrival
Comment: got it yesterday, charged all night. my son was so anxious. got on today, it runs for 10 seconds, then dies. wait 1 minute, it would start again. but dies again 10 seconds later.

Razor really need to get their quality control in place.

the way they package the bike is almost impossible to stuff it back for return.

Summary: great bike!
Comment: My son saved his money for this bike and he loves it! He is very careful with it.... He is 6 yrs old - so the recommended age for the product must be for safety, but for fun I think a younger group will enjoy it. It takes very good balance so make sure the rider is good at riding bikes already! The older kids like it too! The only negative is that the battery truly doesn't last long, but this seems to be the case with all battery ride on toys! Have Fun!

Summary: horrible, horrible, horrible!!! need i say more? dont buy this!
Comment: i just recieved this bike (the second time i ordered it) because i returned the first one because it was defective. BATTERY WILL NOT CHARGE! i now need to return this one for the same reason. does the RAZOR company make any bikes that WORK?? very poor quality control! and the worst part is my child who was dissapointed TWICE!!!!!!!!
