Ballerina Tea Dieters' Drink is blended with the premium natural herbs. The formula and preparation are based on an old Chinese book of medicine, Detailed Outlines on Chinese HErbs, by Lee Se-Zhen, 1518-1593. After centuries of use, it has proven to be one of the best healthy beverages for dieters. This product contains Senna. Follow directions carefully. Do not use if you have or develop diarrhea, loose stools, or abdominal pain. Consult your physician if you have frequent diarrhea. If you are pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have medical condition, consult your physician before using this product. Direction: Begin drinking tea in small amounts and gradually increase the amount to suit your needs. We suggest you first pour 2 cups of boilng water over 1 teabag and cover for 2-3 minutes. Drink hot or cold after your meals and in the morning or evening. You can dilute your tea more water if desired. Gradually increase your tea strength after one week by pouring 1 cup of boiling water over 1 tea bag. Drink 1 cup after each meal with a maximum of 3 cups per day. Contains: 30 teabags

Summary: Greatest stuff on earth
Comment: This Ballerina Tea is great! I've been drinking it for a few months now. At least once a week I drink a cup before bed, when i get up in the morning I go to the bathroom a few times before work. You really have to make sure a bathroom is around for the first few hours that this tea takes affect. It does not give me cramps at all. I only have good things to say about this tea. After its done working for the morning I feel full of energy and no longer bloated. I highly recommend it!!!!

Comment: I've used the extra strength before and it gave me really bad cramps. The regular works just as good without the cramps. The regular allows you to maintain your daily activities without the fear of being too far from a restroom. Will never go back to extra strength!

Summary: This tea contains a laxative.
Comment: This product is Cassia Angustifolia a very powerful herbal laxative. They have provided it here in the form of tea with a few other ingredients thrown in to make it more palatable. Taking a laxative will make you lose weight, but it is very dangerous. You must speak with a doctor if you plan on taking any laxative for more than a few days.
