Customer Rating: Summary: Good taste, but uncertain how much is "filler" Comment: These looked interesting to try, though other than the kangaroo it didn't seem too exotic (my folks made venison sausage when I was a kid and I have buffalo from time to time). The ingredients for each including beef and pork, such that they tasted more like regular sausage with a slightly different flavor than something unique from your standard pork/summer sausage. Customer Rating: Summary: Unique gift for the hunter in your family Comment: I bought this for my father (a hunter) and he loved it. Not really my thing but it was right up his ally. He really enjoyed it and said that it tasted great. The company delivers it with ice packs to keep them cool so you don't have to worry about the sticks spoiling in shipment. Customer Rating: Summary: Interesting product, bad shipping, good customer service Comment: I purchased this product for some family members for Christmas. I placed the order weeks in advance, but they didn't bother to ship it until just over a week before Christmas, so it didn't get here in time. On top of that, they chose the one parcel service that wasn't shipping on weekends around Christmas, so it ended up getting here several days after Christmas. If shipping was free to begin with, then I wouldn't have been as upset, but they make you pay a pretty penny for shipping, and then I had to pay for more shipping to send it out again since I only see the family members I bought it for at Christmas because we don't live near each other. HOWEVER, despite all of the complaints I have with their shipping department, customer service is outstanding. I sent a short email to customer service that just stated they ought to look into the shipping department because of how long it took for me to get my product. I didn't ask for anything, and they gave me a full refund and an apology. I really appreciated that, so although I will think twice before ordering from them again, I might be inclinced to because of how well customer service treated me.
