Summary: An awesome way to ease into better fitness
Comment: I have a significant weight problem complicated by joint and foot problems that make weight-bearing exercise difficult. My doctor suggested building upper body muscle mass and tone, as well as my legs, with these bands and I have found it the most "do-able" form of exercise I've ever encountered.
When a close friend lost mobility due to a succession of knee surgeries, I bought her a set of different resistances so that she could build back up her muscle tone without putting damaging weight on her knees.

Comment: I misunderstood the posting. I thought it was instructions for theraband. I guess if the band was what I wanted, it works like it's supposed, so I'd be happy.

Summary: Always reliable
Comment: I have used theraband ever since I learned about it from my physical therapy session after shoulder surgery. I use it to keep my shoulder strong but now I also use it for exercise of other body parts, such as biceps. Always safe and easy to carry.

Comment: Great quality, only negative is that the product is considered a health care product which the company fails to mention when buying, That means if you try the product and realize the tensile strength is incorrect you cannot return for a refund and that sucks!!

Comment: This product is of good quality, but it is not as resistant as I like. If I ordered again I would probably order the next resistance.
