This is a popular sauce in Japan and has so many uses that go beyond Okonomiyaki / Japanese Pizza (which we also sell). The sauce can be used as marinade for Japanese BBQ, a dipping for tonkatsu, gyoza dip, added to fried rice, burgers and more. Otafuku brand which was awarded "Best Asian Sauces" by the professional chefs of the American Tasting Institute. This sauce has a lot of appeal. Keep refrigerated after opening.

Comment: This sauce is so good! It's like Worsterchire sauce but with the consistency of ketchup.. It's really delicious..
You're supposed to use this on your Okonomiyaki and takoyaki, but you could use it for anything, even steak! It's really delicious, and I would recommend just keeping a couple bottles around, because once you taste this, you'll want to have it with you always, it's that good.
