A traditional French pork sausage with Herbs of Provence. A chipolata is a type of small thin sausage from the United Kingdom. Chipolatas are normally made from coarse-ground pork seasoned with salt and pepper together with such herbs according to the particular recipe as sage, thyme, pimento, and/or nutmeg. The name is derived from the Italian word cipolla, meaning "onion". This "All Natural" product is guaranteed free of antibiotics, hormones, preservatives, artificial ingredients and nitrites.
