Comment: The McKenzie lumbar roll provides instant relief from lower back pain while sitting. The roll provides firm support in the lumbar region keeping the back in a more upright and proper position. The roll discourages slumping and poor posture.

Summary: BEST USE for THIS PRODUCT
Comment: I use this product in a completely different way: length-wise along the spine for heavenly relief. Place the roll on the floor or a firm mattress and align your spine along the roll. Better than a professional massage. I take a 15 minute rest twice a day and hate to get up ! Your shoulder blades fall to each side in a perfect alignment. Try it, you'll like it. I am searching for 16-18" which would be even more effective.

Comment: The Lumbar roll is a good product however I ordered a firm one and it is way too hard. It's difficult to adjust the roll to your lumbar area because it's so hard.
I would not order firm but the middle density.
