Summary: Server Keeps Crashing
Comment: I am currently trial-testing this product against Quicken Rental Property Manager 2.0 trial to see which one I like. Rent-Right definitely has more bells and whistles (a lot more!) but for some reason when I am in the process of entering in data, a screen pops up stating an error. No matter what I do to prevent the program from closing, it shuts down anyways. This has happened more than 10 times in a 2 day period causing me to lose most of the data I entered in that session.

I recommend that you test out both products' trials to see which one works best for your needs. I like Rent-Right but I have serious concerns about its reliability.
