Apply over any completed makeup for a smudge and water-resistant finish. Final Seal keeps makeup in place even on performers who perspire heavily. Add to Liqui Paints (about 10%) for greater durability. Airbrush artist, Mark Frazier, used Final Seal as a base coat before airbrushing "Patriot" with MagiColor Liquid Paint. Take precaution around the eye area and on sensitive skin. Remove with Hydra Cleanse. Mint fragrance.
