Comment: The Perfect Pushup product is pretty good, but the company's business practices are weaselly. Let's see, you have to buy the product for fifty bucks, then spend 10 bucks on the workout cards (No, they're not included) and then spend another 15 bucks for the DVD. This should all be in one package.

Comment: I purchased the perfect pushup set from Kmart, the package includes a coupon for the Power 10 Workout DVD free, so that I paid $5 shipping to get it. This DVD provides good instructions of different styles and routines for working with the pushup set. That makes the exercise more interesting and fun. The DVD is short and brief. I expect it covers each routine in more detail. I have to watch it several times and take notes in order to get most of the styles correctly.

Comment: It is a good DVD a couple different ways to do push ups at first it hard just starting out. The more you use it the stronger you get and the easier it becomes.

Comment: I like this product because the swivel action reduces strain on my wrists but when I want to workout with greater resistance I use the Ultimate Body Press Dip Stand.
