I know, I know...Sweet potato AND Chocolate chip together? In a Muffin?? Well, it is SO good. Comment: I have tried almost all of Rise & Shine's Gluten Free line and I'm blown away by it all. This could possibly be my favorite. Oddly enough the Chocolate Chip and Sweet Potato are amazing together. I could eat this all day.
