Comment: I bought this product for its simplicity. I simply wanted to be able to copy dvds and it does it very well and very easily. This is a very easy product to use. It was shipped very quickly as well.

Comment: This program is perfect for my needs. With the click of a button I can backup all of my movies onto another DVD hard disc. The program also gives you the options of creating your own DVD if you have video stored on your computer or you can copy a DVD to your hard drive in the form of a WMV, AVI, or MPEG4 format. I haven't experienced any issues with backing up any of my DVD's. All of them have copied successfully without any trouble.
The only complaint I have is the amount of time it takes. To back up a DVD you need about 45 minutes of time. And copying a DVD to your computer hard drive takes about 4 hours. But if you have the time to just let it run, the program works great! It works the best out of any copying program I have tried.

Comment: I just bought this software and it basically did what I wanted. I converted my physical DVD of Old School to WMV and placed in a folder on my computer. Then I uploaded to my mp3 player. Everything worked as promised.
Now my only knocks would be the very long converting process (6 hours). That may have something to do with me not changing any settings and using the basic procedures. As a novice to video conversion I just did the fundamental operations. I'm sure there are tweaks that I can in the future to speed up the process. Also, I don't have the fastest computer in the world either.
In any case, the product worked like I wanted and can't really complain. I'd recommend it.

Summary: 123 copy 08- Bad company and bad product
Comment: I bought this to copy my copy because the original got damaged. It would NOT copy the copy. Kept getting an error message that said it could not find a path to a folder that was there. I even created my own folders and change the default path of the program to my folders to no avail. In addition there were no instructions on how to load, use or troubleshoot the product in the package.
The help desk consists of ONLY Email. NO PHONE, NO ONLINE HELP. I emailed them and no answer, had to contact corporate to get the help people to answer my email. Pitiful help. They didn't answer my entire question even when I repeatedly asked. It seemed that their only real solution was to down load the most recent fix which changed often and didn't solve the problem. Sometimes it took days to get answer.
They guarantee 100% satisfaction. I sure am not any where close to being 100% satisfied.
DO NOT BUY, STAY AWAY FROM, WORST HELP I have ever encountered.
I sent this (the above write up) to Bling and received a reply that I could return the product for a refund GOOD FOR ONLY 45 DAYS. Also keep in mind that no where on the package or the piece of paper does it specify a time period for the 100% Guarantee. But you have to follow the whole time line here.

First contacted them on March 5, 2008 (7 days elapsed)
The time between March 5th, 2008 and April 10, 2008 was spent in emails to the company and waiting for them to answer my questions completely.
Sent my Epinions first write up to the Bling company on April 10, 2008 (42 days elapsed)
Received reply and was told I had 45 days from date of purchase to get refund April 11, 2008 This not specified in or on the product package (43 days elapsed)
I read their reply on April 13, 2008 (45 days elapsed) 100% Guarantee is now gone, vanished
No time to send it in, Good timing on their part I am thinking.

DO NOT BUY, STAY AWAY FROM, WORST HELP I have ever encountered and finally, I believe their guarantee is timed to self destruct due to the time in emails that you will spend with the help desk. they are not always speedy in their email replys.

The Bottom Line:
Did NOT work, Do NOT buy. No Time limit on guarantee specified in or on package. No instructions or trouble shooting guide included. On Line Help ONLY, The help I got was poor. Time spent online with the help eats up the 45 day return time that you are not advised of.
