Comment: I am a reasonable person. I have never given a negative rating on the internet before and like to go to the company personally and deal with any problems that might arise. Recently my daughter requested a batting tee for her birthday and I got her one, this one. When the package arrived on the doorstep it was ripped and had a large hole in it. I opened it and inspected the tee to find that parts were missing. The package came on the last day before we were supposed to go on vacation. I called the company and was told that at 2pm the person in charge of returns was out for the day and nothing could be done. I asked if i was to give the item to a friend in the neighborhood if it could be picked up from there for the return and was told no. I am going on a 10 day vacation and my daughters birthday is the day after we get back. I explained rationally the situation only to be told that there was nothing the company could do but wait until i returned from vacation pick up the existing package which i would be responsible for re boxing despite the hole and wait for the company to receive, inspect and ship a new box. I have never heard of this before i don't intend to ever work with this company again.

Summary: Durable/Great value for $$
Comment: Over the years, we have purchased several batting tees. All of they have only lasted a short time, a season at most. This one is exactly what I was looking for. It is exactly like the ones used in the league. It is very durable and I fully expect to hand it down to my grandkids in time. Wish that I had purchased this years ago with my first kid. I love it (and so does my 5 year old son!!)
