Also the ipod will shift around your arm really easy and constantly have to be repositioned, while working out.
The charger and included accesories, do the work,although they look cheaply made,but they do work.
I just wish the arm band was better.

The case is thin. the arm band just fits through the case and it looks like its going to just tear off. I use everything but the arm band and love it! The pink is a good shade! Customer Rating: Summary: Perfect Companion for the iPod Touch Comment: I got this accessory kit for the iPod touch in the black color, and have DEFINITELY gotten my money's worth out of it. The silicon case is a perfect fit, and the screen protectors are an extremely high quality. The screen protectors went on with very little trouble, and left absolutely no air bubbles underneath for both the front and the back. You have to look closely to even see that it is on there.
The silicon case is a nice tight fit, that allows access to the buttons and ports, and does not interfere with docking, charging, or anything else that I have tried to do with the iPod. I was able to walk through the electronics store and dock it into different speaker systems to compare the quality, and never had to remove or adjust the skin case.
The retractable cord has gone right into my laptop case, and the one that came with the ipod can stay on the desktop PC. The car and power adapters are also part of the "portable kit", and let me recharge on the go if I need to. They are not of a quality for everyday use, but are great for emergency charging or occasional on-the-road use.
I gave the armband away, as I don't really need it, so I can't speak to the quality of that, but... it's a piece of elastic. How can you go wrong with that?
Overall, for the price, you can't beat this combination... even if you only use two or three pieces of the package. Customer Rating: Summary: CHEAP Comment: The silicone cover is the cheapest made I have EVER seen. The edges around the entire thing are very jagged and have extras hanging off where it should be cut crisply and smoothly. The case did not fit tightly around the whole unit. The screen protector does not cover the entire face of the iPod touch, either. Overall, I am not impressed and will be purchasing a cover from zCover instead.
