Summary: Love this Iron!
Comment: My mom has this iron and I would bring my ironing down to her house so I could use it, thats how much I liked ironing with it. Then I decided to buy my own. Its very ease to use and is seems to just glide right over the garments. It takes the drudgery out of ironing.

Comment: I really like this iron. Only reason it isn't a 5 star rating is because the water reservoir is not too large and since it gives off a lot of steam, uses it quickly. Hardly worth the note, but could be important to some.

Comment: It sure helped that I read a previous review of the product. The features are just what I needed: the steam vents, the weight, the retractable cord. It is a well-thought out steam iron. Obviously, the designers knew how to iron.

Comment: This is a nice iron and I love the retractable cord. This is the first iron I've had that doesn't leak spots of water on my clothing as I iron.

Comment: (The following is sarcasm - if you don't understand that - don't read it!!)
I agree with everything Mr. Lau says in his review with this addition. There is a "safety feature" they don't mention. A burn prevention feature.
The iron won't get hot enough to iron out a wrinkle, much less burn the user. When turned to the hottest setting you have to go very S-L-O-W-L-Y and constantly use the steam shot to get any results. Poly blend takes forever - Cotton is hopeless!
I'd take mine to Goodwill but I'm not that mean.
